Please include your order number in the email subject line. Providing photos of damage, packaging labels, and a corner of the carton can usually resolve shipping claims in one go, without needing to communicate three times.

Services We Do Not Offer Through This Channel

We do not offer plant care diagnostics as an alternative to local nurseries. We will inform you whether the pots have automatic watering, the depth of the water tank, and whether they are suitable for indoor use. However, we cannot guarantee that a particular plant variety will thrive in the light conditions of your apartment.

We only ship within the United States. We cannot provide international shipping quotes, handle foreign customs procedures, or receive packages on your behalf.
